EMPOWERING WOMEN
STRENGTHENING FAMILIES
TRANSFORMING COMMUNITIES
Since 2012, Wellness for Growth Foundation has been providing education, wellness resources, and economic opportunities that help women and families build healthier, more independent lives.

Our Story. Our Mission.
Our Community.
The Wellness for Growth Foundation began in 2012 with a simple conviction: when a woman gains knowledge and confidence, her family rises with her, and so does her community.
What started as a single program for underserved women in Houston has grown into more than a decade of holistic wellness education reaching communities nationwide.
